The Sunset Ridge School Maker Faire!
We are thrilled to offer an annual Sunset Ridge School Maker Faire for all students in grades 4th-8th!  Our school Maker Faire gives students the opportunity to show off ANYTHING they have created.  You will see projects from all aspects of life, including crafts, robotics, coding, artworks, textiles, woodworking, electronics, musicianship, science, engineering, and much more!  The Sunset Ridge School Maker Faire takes place at the end of each school year.  If you are interested or have any questions, reach out to Kim Albright ([email protected]) or Lauren Gray ([email protected]).

About Maker Faire
Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth—a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity and
resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker Movement. It’s a place where people show what they are
making, and share what they are learning.

Makers range from tech enthusiasts to crafters to homesteaders to scientists to garage tinkerers. They are of all
ages and backgrounds. The aim of Maker Faire is to entertain, inform, connect and grow this community.

The original Maker Faire event was held in San Mateo, CA in 2006. Since then, hundreds of independently
produced Maker Faires, both global extravaganzas and small, community events, have taken place around the
world.

The Sunset Ridge School Maker Faire® is independently organized and operated under license from Make Community, LLC.
