There are many wonderful events happening during the school day through Physical Education, some of which allow parents to participate during school hours. (The dates and times, along with more information, will be available as the event nears.) Here is a brief summary of those events:

Turkey Trot:  After the Thanksgiving holiday, the students can invite an adult (parent, grandparent, sitter, etc.) to run/walk with them during Physical Education, with the entire grade level. The students love to wear a pedometer and exercise with their adult buddies!

Bicycle Safety:  The students in third grade have a week of learning about bicycle safety through both written and physical tests. After the week, they are then allowed to ride their bikes to/from school.

Field Day:  Lots of parent volunteers are needed to work all of the stations for our K-3rd grade field day. It is an all afternoon event with games, water, dancing, and treats!
